[Video] 我們的教育系統出了什麼問題? (以及Ken的演講技巧)

Ken討論的是教育系統的問題，線性的思考和命令式的服從，因為我們沿用的教育系統，發生在工業革命的時代，我們用製造產品的方式大量教育孩子。但孩子不是產品，他們有生命，他們獨特而且具有創造力，它們需要不同的方式來對教育和引導。

Ken也是一個很厲害的演講者，幾乎每個他在Talk的演講，都是哄堂大笑，結束時觀眾又集體起立鼓掌。可以從他身上學到很多演講的技巧。下面就拿演講課教授教我們的方法，去分析Ken的演講架構和他的吸引力來自哪裡。

Ken的演講架構和其他講者很不一樣，每個段落之間的界線非常模糊，也表示他段落橋接的方式非常自然。仔細看他的架構，可以發現這場演講幾乎都用名人的引言作段落的開頭，把內容推往另一個方向。演講內容也幾乎是用不同的類比和故事來貫穿，藉由故事讓聽眾產生情緒，再利用感同身受的例子，說明他要講的重點，讓觀眾印象深刻。需要做多少功課和經驗，才能挑出這些貼切的例子，有點難想像。

Ken的演講風格最大的特色是幽默和共鳴，他的TED talk大概是被觀眾笑聲和掌聲打斷頻率最高的一個。所以他很了解觀眾，他知道什麼點觀眾會笑，什麼經驗觀眾能完全體會。認同感很快就透過幽默和共鳴建立起來，Ken想要說出的重點也因此不言而喻了。當然，Ken的幽默點對台灣的我們來說，有時候沒這麼好笑。

和科學演講的架構- 論點、證據、解釋，Ken完全顛覆，卻仍不失重點，讓觀眾了解他想表達的訊息。演講不就是這樣嗎? 你真的沒辦法在短時間內說明所有細節，但你可以傳遞一個重要的訊息，引起大家的興趣和重視，產生共鳴的人自然會去找更多的書籍來了解細節。
